The Projects module is at the heart of our project management system, providing a comprehensive tool for planning, monitoring and managing a variety of projects. This solution allows us to record and classify all our projects, whether individual or collaborative between different groups. Projects can be sorted by various criteria such as date, status (open, pending, closed) and priority (high, normal, low), ensuring a clear overview and methodical management. This module also offers the opportunity to collaborate effectively on intergroup projects, thus promoting the achievement of our common goals.
Additionally, thanks to the integrated GANTT system, we can now accurately calculate the time each employee spends on a task or project. This allows us to better assess the costs associated with each project and optimize our resources strategically.
