Task management

The Tasks module offers a complete solution for managing tasks within our organization. It allows you to create, assign and track tasks transparently, classifying them into four distinct categories: “Task to Do,” “Task to Review,” “Task in Progress,” and “Finished Task.” This classification makes it easier to organize and manage tasks, while the ability to assign tasks to team members allows for efficient distribution of work. Additionally, the module promotes group collaboration, allowing teams to work together on complex projects.

With the integrated GANTT system, we also have the ability to calculate the time each employee spends on a task or project, allowing us to accurately track the costs associated with each task and project. This feature ensures structured and efficient management of the entire work process, from task creation to revision to completion, while helping us optimize our resources and maintain precise control over costs.
